Hello, I’m Sara! I grew up near the ocean, which has deeply influenced my artwork. This connection lives in my seascapes and nature-inspired scenes, where stillness and movement coexist alongside familiarity and longing.
I work primarily with acrylics, approaching each piece intuitively — allowing layers of color, texture, and inspiration to guide the process. When I want to challenge myself, I turn to oil pastels and oil paints, mediums that push me to work differently and to grow. My practice is tied closely to the natural world, and the rhythms of the seasons play an essential role in how my work evolves.
When people encounter my paintings, I hope they feel a sense of calm and gentle wonder — like standing in the sand and looking out to sea. It's an invitation to slow down and reconnect with what feels grounding and true. Through my work, I seek to share beauty as a form of quiet resilience, and to honor creativity as something meant to be lived and shared.
